Heritage Bank South Valley, the Morgan Hill-based subsidiary
of Heritage Commerce Corp, has an opening for an experienced
Construction Loan Officer. In this position, you will obtain and
analyze loan requests, development plans, blueprints, financial
data, marketing surveys and demographic information; prepare
loan proposals for submission to loan approval committees; and
monitor the portfolio to assess risk. The ideal candidate must
be able to function with little or no supervision, prioritize
workload to the benefit of both the Bank and its clientele and
be able to adhere to strict deadlines. Requires a BA/BS and 2 to
3 years of experience or five + years of related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
